Simply amazing… Why can’t people just make their own content? Do they really make money from this scraping? Probably a niave question - but Google can tell, I know they can… Seems like original content is the way to go.. Simply no substitute..

An example of leveraging Splogs above. Within minutes of my post, the content for this page had already been scraped and re-purposed for someone else’s site over at the BlackHat Planet. On this scrape, however, they didn’t take the first few paragraphs so my keyword link is not on their site (something to learn here, perhaps? ). There is a link back to the site, but unfortunately, it’s got a keyword of “here” instead. You get the general idea though…

It’s a shame they didn’t get my name right, although I’m quite flattered that they thought my post was written by SEO Professional Aaron Wall!
