  9. 20+ WordPress Plugins for SEO and Website Optimization
  1. Installation of the most up-to-date WordPress version

We ensure that you will be running the most up-to-date WordPress installation. The carefully selected WordPress plugins we have chosen are currently compatible with WordPress 2.3.1.

If a newer version of WordPress is released, we reserve the right to hold back on the most up-to-date version to make sure that core functionality is not lost due to plugin incompatibility.

  2. Manual SEO optimization of \”œoverhead\” pages.

We help structure your WordPress site for your readers as well as search engines. While many pages such as Disclaimers and Privacy Policies are useful for your customers, links to these pages pass Page Rank unnecessarily reducing the overall impact of your search engine strategy.

We will help you identify these pages and manually optimize your site so more PR juice gets passed to the pages that you want to rank well on.

  3. Manual image compression and optimisation.

Where necessary, we will help you to optimize your site images to provide your users with the best viewing experience for your site.

By optimizing your images, you will benefit from improved download speeds of your site pages.

Image optimization and compression also helps with webhosting bandwidth usage on with some providers.

  4. Addition of a large \”œping\” services list for Blog directories and search engines.

Blogs use “pings” to tell servers that new content is available on your website. This helps your site be \”œfound\” by blog servers and also helps with indexing in the search engines.

In our experience, content from sites we have created have managed to be “found” by search engines in as little as 4 days and have helped to provide a good position in the first few pages of Google*. Sites that do not employ blogging strategies can take up to several weeks to be re-indexed by search engines.

*Note: your mileage may vary depending on the keywords/phrases and content you use for your pages and the market you are in.

  5. Manual addition of up to 20 pages of copy.

We will add 20 pages of copy and help you to optimize them for your new site.

A basic site structure usually consist of:

    1. the Homepage
    2. the Blog page
    3. the About page
    4. Contact page
    5. Privacy Policy page
    6. Disclaimer page
    7. Products page
    8. Sitemap page

These are all optional and simply the pages we recommend. You may choose which pages you want to have added to your site.

  6. Manual search engine optimization for the structure of your new site.

Where necessary, we can help you to “silo” your content into topical categories and ensure that any PR juice is passed when required.

(Don’t worry if this doesn’t make any sense – we also help you to understand the key concepts behind effective SEO strategies for your site).

  7. Manual addition of a Google XML sitemap to the site.

We can also help you with adding your sitemap to Google\’s Webmaster Tools resource site.

You will need to provide us with access to your account for Google Webmaster Tools. If you are not sure what this is, then we will also help you with how you can set up various Google services.

  8. WordPress beginners tutorial (post development).

After signing off on your new site, we will also help you with how you can get the most out of your site. We show you how to create Posts and Pages for your site so that you can start publishing straight away!

Note: We are also in the process of creating videos to teach people advanced blogging strategies. You will be given access to these videos as soon as they are available.
