Hi Michael,

Apologies – checking the Installation guides again, it would appear that the codes disappeared from the page because the plugin was seeing it and then trying to display it as a question group!

Please check the “Using FAQ-Tastic” guide again and you’ll now see there’s 3 tags that you can use to add to your pages.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you experience any other issues.

I installed the plugin, created a group, and created two questions… but cannot get them to display on my blog? It says to place the tag anywhere on your page or post but I cannot get the tag to work? Can you please give a more detailed explanation of how the tags work?

Didn’t I just leave you a message on your blog?

As I mentioned in the “scoop” on your comments, the one thing you can do is wait for the new plugin that my most excellent and highly recommended Developer (John – more about him in future posts!) is working on.

He’s got something better than FAQ-Tastic. Much much better… (damn him!). It’s really inspiring and I can’t wait until everyone gets to use it. I’ve been testing it and it is really excellent!

So just keep an eye out for this new plugin!

Zain, you keep up the great work! Your plugin is truly “faq-tastic!” and I highly recommend it. No need to apologize. It’s not often we find SEO-driven WordPress plugins like this, and I can tell you that the feedback I’ve received from it already is significantly positive.
